Submitting a DMCA Notice

To submit a DMCA notice, you’ll be requested to provide the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  3. Contact information of the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. The physical or electronic signature of the complaining party.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

TwoEva may terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a user submission removed from the website more than twice.
